Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients about beauty products, techniques, and their applications
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, seasonal products, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators as set by Sephora management
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all employees feel empowered and supported
