Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Monitor and share emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain store presentation through inventory management, merchandising execution, and environmental cleanliness
