Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised in‑store beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance and educate clients on application and routines.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, compelling advice.
  • Drive sales and meet assigned KPIs through client engagement, conversion and follow‑up.
  • Support visual merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Foster an inclusive team culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience preferred; demonstrable ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds as required.
