Sephora West Nyack is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations and drive sales at Palisades Center.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through clear product demonstrations, application techniques and ingredient knowledge.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Support merchandising and inventory tasks to maintain an organized, attractive and shoppable salesfloor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store environment and uphold company policies for a safe, welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, product trends and educating clients to empower their routines.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time employees.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
