Sephora Wesley Chapel is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Part-time/Flex). Hourly pay $18.00–$20.50; deliver personalised beauty consultations in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and perform live demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to ensure relevant advice.
- Drive store performance by meeting sales targets, conversion and other KPIs through consultative selling.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and ensure the salesfloor and tester stations are clean, organised and visually compelling.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to create a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; previous beauty experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; able to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for Flex roles (4–14 hrs/week).
- Quick learner with aptitude for product knowledge and trend-awareness.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but candidates with transferable customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
