Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards and support inventory processes to ensure an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
- Keep current with industry trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Provide a welcoming, inclusive customer experience while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in a goal-driven environment.
- Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
- Availability to work required weekly shifts and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior client-facing retail or hospitality experience is preferred and advantageous. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and contribute to sales targets is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional beauty or cosmetics certification is a plus.
