Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional makeup, skincare and fragrance advice to customers in line with Sephora service standards and hygiene protocols.
- Drive store sales and KPIs by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products and executing sales techniques to convert and upsell.
- Participate in daily store operations including cashiering, POS transactions, execution of promotions and adherence to CRM policies and SOPs.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product displays in the assigned area; restock shelves, ensure cleanliness and implement seasonal promotional layouts.
- Manage stock activities: receiving, returns, inventory counts, FIFO for near-expiry items and adherence to 5S warehouse standards.
- Complete required brand and company training, share product knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a continuous learning environment.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by store management and comply strictly with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
