Sephora in Wayne, PA is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor—$19.80–$22.90/hr. Provide personalised consultations and drive retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
  • Maintain visual standards, merchandising and inventory accuracy to ensure a clean, inviting retail environment.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold company policies to create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to learn quickly and translate product knowledge into clear recommendations.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability to meet required weekly hours and work peak retail shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
