Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and routines.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Drive sales and meet key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship building.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environments preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reliable punctuality and availability for nights, weekends and holidays as required by the schedule.
