Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques and benefits
- Stay current with the latest beauty products, trends, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators as set by Sephora
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Support inventory management and product replenishment
