Sephora Canada seeks Beauty Advisor (part-time) in Waterloo, ON. CAD $19.20–$22.60/hr with bonuses and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences
- Educate and empower clients through expert knowledge of beauty products, techniques, and emerging trends
- Monitor and stay current with the latest beauty innovations and industry trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Support achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain inventory organization, merchandising standards, and a clean, welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture that prioritizes client safety and experience
- Adhere to Sephora Canada policies and procedures to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping experience
- Ensure reliable punctuality and consistent attendance, with flexibility to work peak retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and build strong relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused setting
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
