Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Monitor and communicate knowledge of emerging beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to deliver relevant, trend-forward advice
- Execute sales targets and key performance indicators while supporting Sephora Canada's revenue objectives
- Maintain inventory accuracy, support merchandising displays, and ensure the retail environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Cultivate a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by collaborating with colleagues and promoting an empowered, safe shopping experience
- Uphold company policies and security protocols to create a consistently excellent customer experience
