The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, supports sales goals and store standards, and contributes to an inclusive client experience at Sephora in Washington. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
