Beauty Advisor - Part-Time at Sephora, Washington DC. Hourly position delivering personalized beauty consultations and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and application methods
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all employees feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience

Qualifications
