Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences and provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client's specific needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
- Stay ahead of beauty trends by keeping current with the latest products, techniques, and industry developments
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through excellent customer engagement
- Maintain inventory, support merchandising activities, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture where all colleagues and clients feel empowered and celebrated
- Uphold Sephora standards and policies to create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance during scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
