Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that address each client's specific needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty decision-making
- Stay ahead of industry trends by maintaining current knowledge of beauty products, techniques, and emerging market developments
- Drive commercial performance by exceeding assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
