Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate and maintain deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs and sales targets.
- Support merchandising, stock management and visual standards to ensure a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold company policies to create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing environment (preferred).
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal‑oriented retail environment.
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual and dependable.
