Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, make‑up applications and skincare guidance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to ensure relevant and authoritative client advice.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
  • Support merchandising and inventory activities to maintain an attractive, organized and safe sales floor.
  • Uphold Sephora’s operational standards and policies to ensure a secure and positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar client‑centric environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with a demonstrable interest in cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a results‑driven approach and the ability to work in a fast‑paced retail setting.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods.
  • Availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ability to meet minimum shift requirements for the role.
