Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to build confidence.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and store KPIs through proactive clienteling and conversion.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory tasks, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide timely, relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and a client-centric mindset.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours and consistent attendance.

Experience
Entry-level; prior retail or client-facing experience preferred but not required. Demonstrable customer service ability and a desire to develop beauty expertise are valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
