Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance techniques and routines.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure the selling floor is clean, organized and visually appealing.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand innovations to inform client advice.

Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred.

- Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level. Prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not required; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service is valued.
