Sephora is seeking a part-time Beauty Consultant for its Warsaw Targówek location on an indefinite-term contract. The role involves recommending cosmetics, achieving sales targets, delivering service in line with Sephora Attitude and maintaining product displays; availability for two to three selected Saturdays and shopping Sundays is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics according to each customer's needs.
- Drive active sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build customer relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, including cleanliness and replenishing shelves.
Qualifications
- Builds customer relationships easily.
- Has knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
- Works effectively in a team and pursues team goals.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Full availability to work, particularly on two to three selected Saturdays and shopping Sundays.
- Communicative English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
