Sephora is recruiting a Beauty Consultant on a part-time basis (50%) for its Targówek location in Warsaw. The successful candidate will advise clients on product selection, execute sales targets, and maintain store presentation standards while embodying Sephora's commitment to inclusivity and beauty for all. This role requires full availability for weekend and holiday retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend cosmetic products tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Execute active sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through service excellence aligned with Sephora standards
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelf organization, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the beauty industry, product innovations, and current beauty trends
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to collective objectives
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales or customer service
- Full availability, particularly for weekend and holiday retail shifts
