Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised product recommendations according to each customer's needs and preferences.
  • Actively drive sales and contribute to meeting individual and store sales targets.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by delivering service aligned with Sephora Attitude standards.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, attractive and replenished.
  • Support stock management and shelf replenishment to guarantee product availability.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve shared goals and ensure excellent in‑store experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong aptitude for building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Genuine interest and knowledge of the beauty industry, product categories and current trends.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective targets.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Full availability for store hours, including the ability to work selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.

Experience
