Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised product recommendations according to each customer's needs and preferences.
- Actively drive sales and contribute to meeting individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by delivering service aligned with Sephora Attitude standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, attractive and replenished.
- Support stock management and shelf replenishment to guarantee product availability.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve shared goals and ensure excellent in‑store experience.
Qualifications
- Strong aptitude for building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Genuine interest and knowledge of the beauty industry, product categories and current trends.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective targets.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Full availability for store hours, including the ability to work selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level — some prior retail or customer service experience preferred; makeup application experience is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
