Role & Responsibilities

  • Select appropriate cosmetics based on customer needs.
  • Engage in active sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Build relationships with customers through the Sephora Attitude service approach.
  • Maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness and restocking shelves.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Full availability to work, especially on 2-3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.

Skills

Ease in building customer relationships. Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry, including new products and trends. Ability to work in a team and strive for team goals.

Experience

Beginner level experience in sales or customer service is required.
