Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and product benefits
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, innovative products, and evolving industry techniques to inform client advice
- Support sales performance and key performance indicators through expert recommendations and client engagement
