Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and provide tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, skincare routines, and cosmetic application
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and innovations to deliver relevant and timely advice
- Drive revenue and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators set by the organization
- Maintain inventory accuracy, support merchandising initiatives, and ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and welcoming
