The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized beauty consultations, expert product recommendations, and an inclusive client experience while supporting sales goals, inventory, and merchandising. This flex, part-time position offers non-guaranteed hours of 4–14 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
