Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised one-to-one consultations and tailored product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and other key performance indicators.
- Maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory tasks and ensure a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Stay current on beauty trends and brand launches to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service and build rapport in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing role.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging diverse clientele.
- Reliable availability for required shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual attendance.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and develop client relationships.
Education
