Sephora is hiring a part‑time Beauty Advisor in Villesse, Italy. Provide personalised beauty consultations and support store sales for Sephora Italy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver a memorable, personalized shopping experience focused on care, active listening and tailored recommendations.
- Provide one‑to‑one product consultations across make‑up, skincare and fragrance, adapting advice to customer needs and product categories.
- Drive in‑store sales and contribute to achievement of store budget and KPI targets through effective selling, upselling and conversion.
- Support store manager and Specialists in daily operations and execution of visual and commercial plans, adapting to new strategies and action plans.
- Manage stock and deliveries: replenish shelves, maintain back‑stock organisation and assist with inventory tasks.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive customer‑centric culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or beauty roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferred; entry‑level candidates with strong potential considered.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Solid customer‑service orientation with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with common retail KPIs and commercial metrics.
- Good command of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Flexible, dynamic and resilient with a strong team spirit.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in beauty or retail sales is preferred (roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter or Beauty Consultant); candidates at entry level who demonstrate commercial potential and strong customer focus are welcome.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
