Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and one-to-one consultations across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Recommend and demonstrate products, perform basic makeup and skin consultations to drive conversion and basket value.
- Maintain visual merchandising, stock presentation and store standards to Sephora brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions and support day-to-day store operations (stock replenishment, inventory control).
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing training programs to build product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support promotional initiatives and collaborate with store colleagues to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail sector.
- Strong customer service orientation with proven client-facing experience.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Legal residence in the province of the vacancy (Vigo) or ability to commute.
- Passion for beauty trends, brands and product application.
