Sephora in Victor, NY is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor. $18.00–$20.50/hr; deliver personalized beauty consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to each client to drive satisfaction and repeat business
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools; educate clients on application and benefits
- Achieve individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor
- Stay current on beauty trends, new launches, and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold Sephora’s operational and safety standards
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain punctual attendance
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing or retail/hospitality experience preferred
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
