Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor in Vicenza, Italy. Part-time, fixed-term retail position in the luxury beauty sector with training and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers through a memorable shopping experience, ensuring they feel valued, heard, and expertly advised
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations tailored to customer needs and product categories
- Support the store director and beauty specialists in daily operational activities and inventory management
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives including budget targets and sales goals, adapting to strategic changes and new action plans
- Manage warehouse stock and coordinate deliveries with precision and organization
- Foster team cohesion and cultivate a positive, collaborative store environment that enhances overall customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in multinational retail environments
- Strong knowledge of key commercial performance indicators (KPIs)
- Demonstrated agility, dynamism, and flexibility in fast-paced retail settings
- High results orientation and ability to adapt to evolving priorities
- Excellent aptitude for teamwork and collaborative problem-solving
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, beauty consultation, or customer-facing advisory roles, preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments. Entry-level candidates with demonstrated passion for beauty and retail are encouraged to apply; comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in beauty, cosmetics, or retail management is advantageous but not required.
