Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor for its Venezia location to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales within the prestige beauty retail environment. The role encompasses greeting customers, providing personalized beauty consultations, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to store objectives through collaborative teamwork and service excellence within a dynamic, multinational setting.

Role & Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to achieving store objectives, budget targets, and KPIs while adapting to strategic changes and management action plans
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily store activities and operational excellence
• Greet customers and ensure a unique, memorable shopping experience by offering expert advice and personalized consultations based on individual profiles
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions through authentic engagement and attentive listening
• Foster team spirit through trustworthy, open collaboration with colleagues, highlighting team wins and celebrating individual successes
• Maintain proficiency with store devices and key software applications to support daily operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and genuine passion for the beauty industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated customer service excellence
• Physical and stress resilience suitable for a fast-paced retail environment

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in sales, beauty consultation, or customer-facing retail roles within dynamic, multinational environments is required.

Education

High school diploma (Diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado) or equivalent qualification.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 23371.18 per annum.
