Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor in Venice, Italy, to join its dynamic team. This part-time role involves providing exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and supporting store operations. Ideal candidates will have beginner-level experience in retail, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for teamwork and diversity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience.
- Build strong client relationships and offer personalized consultations.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
- Contribute to achieving store objectives and adapting to strategic changes.
- Organize and manage the stockroom and deliveries.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant.
