Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Monitor beauty trends and product innovations to keep advice current and compelling.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding daily and monthly KPIs and contributing to store targets.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and stock replenishment to maintain a visually appealing, well‑stocked environment.
- Ensure the retail space is clean, organized and compliant with Sephora Canada standards and safety policies.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that prioritizes client experience and colleague development.
- Maintain reliable punctuality and availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment with a demonstrable ability to deliver excellent service.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product innovation.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a goal‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
- Quick learner with aptitude for acquiring and sharing product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work standing for extended periods.

Experience
Entry‑level role; previous retail, hospitality or other client‑facing experience is preferred and will support immediate effectiveness on the sales floor.

The successful candidate will be located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
