Sephora Canada seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor in Vaughan, ON. Hourly pay CAD 18.20–21.40; client-facing retail role with sales and merchandising duties.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and bespoke product recommendations to each client, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and routine development.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the selling environment is clean, organized and visually compelling.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, brand launches and promotional activities to provide relevant advice.
  • Work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet the required minimum shifts/hours for a part-time schedule (15–29 hrs/week).

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred; demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product education with a client-first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a collaborative, target-driven environment.
  • Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

The successful candidate will be located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
