Sephora Canada — Beauty Advisor in Vaudreuil-Dorion (part-time). Provide consultations, recommend products and support sales. Hourly pay CAD 17.10–21.40.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to build customer trust and loyalty.
  • Educate and empower clients on skincare, makeup and fragrance through demonstrations and one-to-one guidance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product launches, techniques and market trends to inform recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
  • Manage merchandising and inventory, ensuring product displays are organized, stocked and visually compelling.
  • Ensure the sales floor is welcoming, clean and compliant with brand presentation standards.
  • Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods to meet store needs.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable customer-service aptitude with experience in a retail or beauty-focused environment preferred.
  • Genuine passion for beauty products, trends and client education.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a goal-driven culture.
  • Physically able to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs).
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly hours for part-time staff (15–29 hours) and to work peak periods.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.10 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
