Sephora Canada Beauty Advisor role in Vancouver – flexible part-time hours, CAD $19.85–$24.80/hr, entry-level retail beauty position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide tailored beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and application methods
- Monitor and maintain current knowledge of seasonal beauty products, emerging trends, and brand innovations
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
- Promote inclusivity and foster a collaborative team culture that empowers colleagues
- Ensure compliance with Sephora Canada policies and maintain a safe, secure shopping experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and consumer trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player comfortable in goal-oriented, inclusive settings
- Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge rapidly
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner candidates with prior experience in retail, hospitality, or client-service environments are preferred. Previous beauty industry exposure is not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal post-secondary education required.

The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
