Sephora Canada seeks a Beauty Advisor (Part-time/Flex) in Vancouver, BC — hourly CAD$18.85–23.55; deliver personalized beauty consultations and exceed sales KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences through one-to-one client consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge to educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and conversion.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the selling floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
  • Stay current on launches, trends and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Work flexible schedules to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora Canada policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product innovation with eagerness to learn and share new knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse client profiles.
  • Team-oriented, reliable and punctual with the capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Entry-level — previous experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles is preferred but not required; training and on-the-job development provided.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.85 to CAD 23.55 per hour.
