Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service and drive sales through personalised product recommendations across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to demo applications, advise clients and maximise basket value.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and in-store brand presentation are consistently upheld.
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control and POS transactions.
- Participate in initial onboarding and ongoing training; actively engage in learning initiatives and retail projects tied to store expansion.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment, sharing insights and supporting team performance to achieve commercial targets.
Qualifications
- Residency within the province of the vacancy (local candidates preferred).
- Minimum one year of professional experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector.
- Clear vocation for customer service and demonstrated experience interacting with clients.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Passion for beauty products and trends, with a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

Education
