Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and product benefits
- Monitor and communicate current beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators established by Sephora
- Support inventory management, merchandising execution, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all colleagues feel empowered and valued
- Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships

Experience
