Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and application methods
- Monitor emerging beauty trends, products, and industry innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Support store inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
