Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs through client engagement, follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide up‑to‑date advice.
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays to support peak retail operations.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or customer service preferred; entry‑level candidates will be considered.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative mindset.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
