Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs through client engagement, follow-up and conversion.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide up‑to‑date advice.
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays to support peak retail operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or customer service preferred; entry‑level candidates will be considered.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative mindset.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
