Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and beauty tools to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales performance and meet store KPIs through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized retail environment.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrable customer service and sales aptitude is valued.
