Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations to each client.
- Educate and demonstrate product usage and benefits to empower clients in their beauty routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store KPIs and converting consultations into transactions.
- Support inventory control, merchandising, visual presentation and maintain a clean, welcoming retail environment.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and contribute to a positive client experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant shopping environment.
- Maintain flexible availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ensure punctual attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role demonstrating strong customer service and relationship building.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current trends with an ability to translate knowledge into client guidance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging diverse clientele.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet minimum weekly shift/hours requirements for part-time scheduling.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for merchandising and inventory tasks.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or client-service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is highly valued.
