Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Turin store to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance. In this role, the candidate will actively contribute to store objectives through personalized beauty consultations, client relationship management, and collaborative teamwork. Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and ensure a unique, memorable shopping experience, making clients feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised
- Build strong client relationships and deliver personalized beauty consultations based on individual customer profiles
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives including budget and sales targets, adapting to strategic changes and management action plans
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily store activities
- Foster positive team spirit through collaborative interaction, celebrating team and individual successes
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments
- Demonstrated passion for beauty and self-care
- Natural sales ability and capacity to influence and persuade through authentic relationship-building
- Service orientation with intrinsic motivation to create memorable experiences

Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
