Sephora Beauty Advisor Part-Time position in Tulsa, OK – deliver beauty consultations, drive sales, and build client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and applications to empower confident purchasing decisions
- Monitor emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide current and relevant advice that drives repeat business
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
