Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and innovations
- Monitor and share emerging beauty trends and products to maintain relevance and client engagement
- Drive sales performance and meet key performance indicators established by Sephora
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
