Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor for its AZ-La Encantada store in Tucson. The role delivers tailored beauty consultations, supports sales goals, inventory and merchandising, and maintains an inclusive, welcoming shopping environment; schedules require 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Permanent position; hourly pay is $16.60–$19.30.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered and contribute to teamwork.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
